Ideal candidates should have a degree in a relevant field, be fluent in German and English, and possess strong marketing and sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business, health economics, natural sciences or comparable fields
- Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and very good English skills
- Solid experience in marketing and sales with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience collaborating with HCPs and external experts
- Experience in indirect leadership of cross-functional teams and strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High proactivity and agile mindset
