Responsibilities include capturing and communicating customer activity and intelligence, defining job-specific requirements, identifying cross-PL sales opportunities, assembling cost estimates for technical proposals, assessing risks, participating in PSD briefings, conveying recommendations to mitigate issues, ensuring on-time, accurate deliverables, facilitating service quality reviews, coordinating regular quality meetings with customers, evaluating customer feedback, and resolving invoice disputes related to product and service delivery.
