Job Summary
Customer Engagement Applications Engineer for SWIFT at KLA. Responsible for supporting all SWIFT products, working directly with customers and cross-functional teams to provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities. Address complex problems through in-depth analysis, collaborate with software and systems engineering to resolve hardware and software issues, assist sales in assessing product applications to meet customer needs, and prepare detailed product specifications. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree with 0 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience.
