Customer Engagement Applications Engineer (SensArray)

Provide technical applications support for the implementation of KLA SensArray wafers in customer fabs (e.g., TSMC BU/RBU), including presenting on SensArray products, conducting acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and related pre-sales activities. Assist sales in assessing potential applications, disseminate technical information on specific applications, and escalate field apps issues to the division for resolution. Generate best-known methods (BKM) and publish technical papers. Travel to customer sites is required. Reports on regional requirements to the product division; supports an inclusive environment and adheres to legitimate accommodation and ethics policies. Requires ability to work on complex problems involving multiple factors and to collaborate with customers and internal teams to maximize wafer-inspector benefits.
