Customer Engagement Analyst - Remote

Job Summary
Contribute to the full system lifecycle from customer and sales engagement through requirements gathering, criteria analysis, and solution fulfillment review. Assist the technical team in developing end-to-end processing solutions including design, setup, test, delivery, and documentation. Validate batch and online system setup and output based on customer requirements, including direct communication to audit results. Analyze and interpret how industry changes affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery. This role supports the analysis of customer business requirements and collaborates with technical counterparts to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Internal and external customer facing experience
- Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts
- Can explain technical concepts in layman's terms to a non-technical audience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to act decisively in fast paced, frequently changing environment
- High Experience of proven ability to work independently, manage simultaneous assignments and effectively prioritize workload with competing priorities
- Familiarity working with data
- Experience in the credit reporting, financial services or direct marketing industry
- ETL/API Knowledge
- Attention to detail

- Work from a fibre‐ready home environment that supports confidential and comfortable day‐to‐day work
- Based anywhere in South Africa
- Minimum 100/100 Mbps fibre line is required and must be installed or upgraded by day one of employment
