Job Summary
Own a portfolio of Customer domain data products end to end, leading projects from problem definition to adoption. Shape the data product roadmap and drive alignment on business and data definitions while drafting requirements for GTM analytics engineering. Oversee data quality, SLAs, and governance, including customer-data privacy, and ensure outputs are consumable by Sales. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product leaders to translate problems into buildable requirements and influence metric architecture. This remote eligible position within Canada requires EST hours. We are building a scalable, AI-ready data ecosystem to bridge business and data teams, guiding quality and governance across shared sources of truth.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in data product management, analytics, BI or data management
- Bachelor's in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field
- Exceptional ability to bridge technical and business communication
- Track record of influencing outcomes with engineers and business leaders
- Experience shaping and drafting requirements and leading projects amid conflicting priorities
- Strong grasp of data modeling, pipelines, data quality, governance and BI tooling
- SQL
- Snowflake, dbt, Power BI or comparable platforms
- Agile/Scrum and JIRA
- This is a remote eligible position within Canada
- All candidates must work EST hours
Desired Qualifications
- Customer/GTM domain expertise strongly preferred
- Customer success platforms (Gainsight, Totango or similar)
- Support/ticketing systems (Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk or similar)
- Product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude or similar)
- SaaS/B2B customer metrics — NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, customer health scores
- Product usage and consumption data — telemetry, feature adoption, license utilization
