Job Summary
Customer Due Diligence Analyst responsible for reviewing and processing customer applications to ensure regulatory alignment and data privacy. Responsibilities include evaluating supporting documents (licenses, incorporation papers, utility bills, client permits), using approved third-party tools to validate information, communicating with internal/external customers to address inquiries, documenting decisions for audit-readiness, and upholding security standards when handling SPII. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, data privacy knowledge, ability to prioritize tasks, cross-training across lines of business, and willingness to work night/rotating shifts. Collaboration with Sales, Fulfillment, and Onboarding teams is expected, along with the ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or two years of college completed with related coursework
- 2 years of general business experience preferred
- Experience with customer interaction, onboarding, data privacy, and compliance is preferred
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office/Outlook)
- Strong research skills using third-party tools preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a production-based environment
- Detail-oriented investigative mindset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work night or rotating shifts as needed
- Conversational English required
- Willing to learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies
