Job Summary
Customer Due Diligence Analyst responsible for logging, tracking, and credentialing applications for the business unit; conduct initial reviews to verify required sections and documents (e.g., business licenses, articles of incorporation, vendor references); perform credentialing of applications and change requests per procedures; conduct verification calls to customers, state/issuing agencies, and others as needed; respond to inquiries about status; support internal teams and external customers; leverage MS Office and enterprise AI tools to support workflows; work night/rotating shifts; acquire and maintain detailed, accurate application records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years in college
- Bachelor’s degree or college undergraduates with experience in a BPO/shared services environment handling back-office and voice calls support
- 1-2 years general business experience preferred
- Experience with customers, and account set-up preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Possess sense of urgency with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and learn quickly in a production-based environment
- Investigative oriented; strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong decision making ability
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
- Willingness to work night shift and rotating shift
