Customer Due Diligence Analyst I

Process and review customer applications for due diligence, analyze supporting documentation (licenses, incorporation documents, utility bills, client permits) to ensure validity and regulatory alignment, leverage approved third-party research tools to validate information, communicate with internal and external customers to request documentation or address inquiries, document decisions and findings in specified systems to maintain audit-readiness, apply secure data handling and data privacy practices for SPII, and be cross-trained to perform Customer Due Diligence across Insurance, Maintenance, and New Business teams; demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a production-based environment, including ability to work night or rotating shifts as needed, while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
