Job Summary
Customer Development Manager - Canada will identify and prioritize EXPAND opportunities with existing clients, manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, build authentic relationships across client stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, travel to client sites up to 50% to assess needs and present value of Maptek solutions, and contribute to revenue targets and pipeline development. The role requires mining industry knowledge, the ability to understand client business goals, and strong relationship-building and presentation skills. Compensation includes base salary CAD 130,000–190,000 plus variable; extended benefits and RRSP match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- Proven track record in technical sales / customer success is preferred.
- Previous mining / engineering / geology industry experience.
