Job Summary
Customer Development Manager focused on Repco’s territory in Yarrawonga and Wangaratta. Drive sales and gross margin through consultative selling, relationship-building with around 150 trade customers, participation in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions, and by leveraging CRM-driven promotional activities. Responsibilities include solving customer problems, understanding needs, achieving sales budgets, and promoting a culture of safety (including safe driving and, where applicable, safe lifting and machine operation). The role emphasizes collaboration with Store Managers and the Channel Manager to build successful business relationships, with a strong emphasis on safety, KPI-driven performance, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Australian driver's license
- Experience liaising with customers and stakeholders
- CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to develop relationships with 150 customers
