Job Summary
Customer Development Manager role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with around 150 trade customers within the Repco network in South West Victoria. Responsibilities include solving customer problems through consultation and understanding customer needs, driving sales and gross margin performance for the territory, attending sales meetings and trade shows, achieving sales budgets, and promoting a culture of safety in all activities. Requires relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and a genuine passion for automotive products, with lifting/bending/climbing and safe driving as noted responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Experience using CRM systems
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- A passion for all things automotive
