Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and service activities for trade customers by solving problems through consultation and building strong relationships. Manage sales and gross margin performance for your territory while maintaining accounts with approximately 150 customers. Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to achieve budget targets. Foster a safety-first culture by ensuring safe driving behaviors and proper machine operation. This role requires a valid Australian driver's license and experience in a KPI-driven environment, with automotive industry background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Sales and/or customer management experience
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Experience using CRM systems
- Must be able to lift, bend, climb & safe drive / operate machines
