Job Summary
Build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers across Belmont/Kewdale in industrial sectors. Manage territory aligned with the Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic plans. Maintain a customer base, maximise sales opportunities, and represent the Napa sales team at meetings, trade shows, and product trainings. The role emphasizes account management, territory development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver winning solutions within Commercial, Automotive, and Industrial segments. Requires experience in industry account management, a proven track record of sales results, customer relationship development, and territory management; strong communication, negotiation, numerical skills, prioritisation, and an energetic, self-motivated approach.
Required Qualifications
- Industry Account Management experience preferred from Commercial, Automotive or Industrial sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
- Sound business acumen and numerical competency
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads
- Outgoing, positive, self-starter with energy and confidence to advance sales career
