Job Summary
Customer Development Manager (Modern Trade) responsible for expanding brand distribution and executing customer plans to increase sales, distribution, and market share. Establishes strong relationships with retailers, visits stores with required frequency, conducts Regular Business Reviews, trains merchandisers, and captures in-store opportunities to improve shelf display and shopper communication. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of consumer goods experience with emphasis on negotiation, planning, and customer relationship skills; must communicate effectively in English. Role is HYBRID in Bangkok, Thailand with travel around 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
- 0-2 Years Of Consumer Goods Industry Experience
- 1-3 Years Of Functional Experience
- Planning And Priority Setting
- Building Strong Relationships And Conducting Negotiation With Customer
- Good Listener And Balance Discussion
- Moderately Analytical Thinking To Identify Potential Business Factors
