Shape and grow the ACUVUE business in your territory by serving as the single point of contact for Independent Outlets and Eye Hospitals. Drive sales growth through timely communication of trade schemes, ensuring optimal store coverage with visits to all outlets monthly and key stores twice monthly. Identify new contact lens-equipped institutions, execute trial generation activations, and drive adoption of new product introductions. Collaborate with distributors and marketing teams to secure trial lens availability and visual merchandising, while building relations with retailers and optometrists. Manage outsourced teams where necessary to drive territory penetration and ensure adherence to J&J compliance policies.
