Job Summary
Customer Development Executive responsible for managing the implementation of the 7p's of product categories and maintaining the relationship with the Supermarkets Channel to increase sales profitability, improve POS distribution and market share, while adhering to Colgate-Palmolive’s business principles and maintaining a healthy credit portfolio. Responsibilities include commercial performance tracking (Sell-in/Sell-out and SOM vs CVS targets at SKU/category levels), inventory and supply optimization to prevent out-of-stocks or overstocking, financial stewardship of trade investments and deals, strategic growth planning to drive category growth and SOM through data-driven proposals and field Store Checks, performance analytics with monthly KPI/Scorecard updates, and ensuring prompt listing and Perfect Store adherence for New Products (NPI) across banners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Development Direct Trade (Supermarkets)
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
- SAP management experience
- Intermediate English Level
