Customer Demand Manager

Manage customer demand planning activities, including forecasting, backlog analysis, order trend monitoring, and customer demand reviews. Collect, validate, and consolidate customer forecasts, purchase orders, backlog data, and other demand inputs to develop accurate projections. Analyze historical demand, booking patterns, and market trends to identify forecast bias, variability, and gaps between forecasts and actual orders. Align customer demand forecasts with internal supply, inventory, and production capacity while partnering with Operations for capacity and material planning. Facilitate regular demand reviews with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to clarify assumptions and resolve discrepancies. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations, supply constraints, and market changes. Provide data-driven recommendations to support customer commitments, inventory decisions, capacity investments, and business planning for the High Speed Backplane portfolio. Track and report key metrics including forecast accuracy, backlog trends, and demand-versus-supply gaps.
