Job Summary
Customer Delivery Manager responsible for formulating and tracking account strategies, nurturing senior customer relationships, and understanding customer needs to drive delivery performance. Oversees operational issues, leads cross-functional teams, manages SLAs, delivers Value and Operational Reviews, and mentors staff to achieve strategic objectives while guiding transformation and optimization across delivery scope, resources, and cost.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 10+ years of work experience in business, managed services, or related field

- ability to manage SLAs and contractual terms
