Job Summary
Customer Delivery Engineer responsible for hands-on delivery, configuration, and support of OMS+ and IA products on SAP BTP across on-premises private cloud and public cloud environments. Manage SAP BTP subaccounts, Cloud Foundry spaces, and service bindings; configure SAP Cloud Identity Services federation for secure SSO; set up and maintain SAP Cloud Connector for hybrid deployments; provide customer-facing diagnostics and incident response with the CPE team; author delivery runbooks and patterns to standardize engagements; participate in on-call rotation. Requires familiarity with SAP BTP, identity/Sso concepts, hybrid connectivity, and effective communication with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational interest in cloud and enterprise platform technology
- Exposure to SAP BTP or SAP technologies or enterprise cloud platforms
- Familiarity with identity and SSO concepts
- Awareness of hybrid connectivity concepts
- Comfort engaging with customers and partners in a technical capacity
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Documentation-first mindset
- Fluent English level
