Job Summary
Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner while updating deliveries via our app and maintaining exceptional customer service. Pick orders within the coldstore and undertake pre-shift van inspections, ensuring you drive safely, responsibly, and within the law. Clean and refuel your van as needed, contact the office regarding discrepancies or delays, and report any health and safety, stock quality, or mechanical issues. Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday, and carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits. Work 16 hours per week, any two in six days including bank holidays, in a role exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act due to interaction with vulnerable customers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within a customer service-based role
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education
- Must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years
- Must be able to work 16 hours per week
- Must be available for any 2 in 6 days including bank holidays
