Job Summary
Meet customers in their homes daily, delivering shopping with care while managing order changes, substitutions, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience. Load the van safely, complete roadworthiness checks, and keep vehicles, trays, and work areas clean and organized. Work independently with support from base managers, responding quickly to changing needs and maintaining warm relationships with both customers and colleagues. Schedule varies across Sun, Mon, Wed, and Fri shifts; pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores. Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence required for at least 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for Sunday shifts
- Must be available for Monday shifts
- Must be available for Wednesday shifts
- Must be available for Friday shifts
