As Tesco’s Customer Delivery Driver in Coventry, you’ll be the face of Tesco on the road, delivering groceries to customers’ homes with warm, natural service and handling every order with care. You’ll load the van, perform safety checks, keep your workspace clean, and deliver within designated time slots while communicating clearly about substitutions or refunds to ensure a smooth experience. You’ll work independently most of the day with support from managers/back at base, build strong relationships with colleagues, adapt quickly to changing customer needs, and maintain a positive, welcoming presence on every doorstep.
