Job Summary
Deliver vehicles directly to customers using company car haulers; load/unload vehicles, inspect haulers for safe operation; complete customer paperwork and log notes in tracking system; maintain a clean driving record and comply with Carvana policies; must obtain Notary within 90 days and meet state-specific licensing requirements (DMV/title access, Chauffeur's license where required, Vehicle Verifier in CA); physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs; 8+ hour shifts with varying start times; strong English communication required; 21+ with valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license
- Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana)
- Able to obtain DMV/title access and satisfy state-specific requirements
- Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or state specialty license within two weeks of employment
- California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days of employment
