Job Summary
Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using Carvana’s hauler process; load/unload vehicles on/off the hauler; complete accurate customer paperwork and add notes in the tracking system; maintain a clean driving record and follow Carvana’s vehicle-qualification policies; obtain Notary within 90 days and meet state-specific licensing requirements (e.g., Chauffeur or Vehicle Verifier licenses as applicable); perform physically demanding vehicle-handling tasks in various weather conditions; must be able to read/write/speak English; ability to meet DOT requirements and pass a drug test. Shift from 11am–9pm with 7 days/week availability; role emphasizes customer service, safety, and hands-on vehicle delivery and paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of customer-facing experience (minimally)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass drug test and obtain DOT Medical Card
- Must be at least 21 years old
- American driving privileges and ability to meet state-specific licensing requirements
