Job Summary
Load and deliver products to customers' front doors while maintaining a positive, customer-focused experience. When not on the road, clean and maintain your van to ensure it is fit for the next delivery. Support the team by picking and packing online orders during busy periods. You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points. This role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings, in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
- A friendly and helpful approach to customer service
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Good communication skills and a team mindset
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
