Job Summary
Customer Data Steward responsible for implementing and enforcing customer data governance policies and standards across regional/local entities; define and monitor customer data quality rules, conduct audits and cleansing; support data object owners, data quality management, onboarding for customer data tools, and collaboration with global data initiatives. Works with regional/local teams to ensure proper classification, hierarchy, and consistency in customer records, and coordinates with data owners and engineers to address data governance needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience managing customer data within ERP (preferably SAP) and MDG environments
- Strong data quality and governance knowledge
- Excellent communication and analytical skills in cross-functional settings
- Ability to work across time zones with international teams
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
