Customer Data & Pricing Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)

Job Summary
Set up and maintain customer accounts and pricing data across ERP and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance for invoicing and reporting. Perform validation checks to confirm customer standards before activation and investigate pricing issues to identify root causes and prevent disputes. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to resolve queries, support promotional setups, and contribute to process improvements. Act as the trusted point of contact for all customer data and pricing inquiries. This 2-year full-time contract covers maternity leave and offers hands-on experience with core business operations and cross-country collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in data, operations, or administration roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science/Engineering
- Clear communication skills (Greek & English)
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a strong plus
- Comfortable with Excel and working with data
- Strong attention to detail—you spot errors before they become problems
