Job Summary
CDP Specialist to support integration of marketing channels into the CDP, develop use cases for audience segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalization; partner with marketing and business teams to activate unified customer profiles across channels; translate business needs into technical requirements, enable CDP adoption across the organization; define and analyze KPIs such as personalization lift, conversion, and retention, and communicate impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, customer analytics, or marketing technology
- Familiarity with CDPs, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels
- SQL proficiency; comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences
- Intellectual curiosity, fast learner, and self-motivated collaborator
