Job Summary
As a Customer Data Exchange Analyst in Egypt, you will support the design, monitoring and improvement of customer data exchange processes, ensure data is transferred accurately and securely between systems, investigate and resolve data-related issues with both technical and non-technical teams, monitor data flows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability, assist with data mapping, validation and transformation activities, work with stakeholders to understand data needs, ensure solutions meet business requirements, and support compliance with data governance, privacy and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with data exchange, data integration or data analysis
- Understanding of how data moves between systems (APIs, files, databases)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders
- Experience identifying and fixing data issues
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles
- Preference for experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or financial services (helpful but not required)
- Familiarity with data analysis or integration tools (helpful)
