Customer Data Coordinator

Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients via phone and in-person interactions, including order taking, transaction processing, and resolving inquiries. Upload, prove, and post handheld batches daily before 10:00 am, then enter sales/receipt batches, process payments, and maintain customer accounts. Coordinate residential collections, handle billing inquiries, and run daily paperwork while assisting with month-end and year-end reporting. Perform new customer account set-ups, file maintenance, and office administration tasks as assigned. Maintain current contact data and ensure accurate data entry in a timely manner. This onsite role supports the customer service team during busy periods or PTO coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Local Travel only
- Physical presence at the work site

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment
