Job Summary
As a Customer Data Analyst, you will transform business needs into data-driven insights for customer-related initiatives. You will translate business questions into hypotheses, gather and analyze data from multiple sources, identify relevant datasets and analytical approaches, deliver clear insights and recommendations, develop Power BI reports/dashboards, perform ad hoc analyses with SAS EG, SQL, and Python, create impactful presentations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer engagement and support data-driven decision-making. The role requires a Master’s degree in Economics or related field, 4+ years of analytics experience, strong skills in SAS EG, SQL, Python, Power BI, and fluent Dutch, French, and English. Location is Brussels (Montagne du Parc/Warandeberg). Start: 17/08/2026; End: 31/12/2026; Hours/week: 40; on-site in Brussels. GitLab experience is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics or another academic field with strong knowledge and experience in data and analytics within a business environment
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics
- Proven experience with SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG), SQL, and Python
- Experience with Power BI reporting and data visualization
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (mandatory)
