Job Summary
Customer Controller who will be first point of contact for deliveries from prior to collection to delivery, handling customer orders on ESL in-house system, liaising with Planning Teams, actioning driverline calls, monitoring delivery compliance, and generating customer dashboards and discrepancy reports. Requires GCSEs in Maths/English and experience in customer service, with strong numeracy, literacy, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook; shift is 4 on 4 off days 06:00-18:00 at Warrington site; salary £27,483 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- GCSE grade ‘C’ or above in Maths and English
- Equivalent of 5 GCSE grade ‘C’ or above
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Good geographical or transport knowledge
- Good numeracy and literacy level in order to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems; Excel and Outlook in particular
