Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Content team (eight coordinators) to deliver customer-facing content across training resources, events, video, and revenue enablement; own end-to-end content delivery with a focus on quality, pace, and alignment to standards; drive cross-directorate collaboration, capacity planning, and governance to ensure clear, accessible content that supports teachers and learners; champion innovation and data-driven improvements in content performance; manage stakeholders and coach teams to maintain high standards of quality and consistency; role positioned within the Commercial area with a hybrid working model (two days in office) in Guildford or Manchester.
