Job Summary
Engage with prospective customers, current residents, and internal teams to handle inbound sales enquiries and guide stakeholders toward appropriate expert support. Deliver exceptional service while maintaining accurate call records and responding to email, web chat, and Facebook inquiries. Transition leads seamlessly to sales experts and contribute to exceeding KPI targets within a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Report to the Contact Centre Team Leader at the Aveo Brisbane Corporate Office in Newstead, requiring 7am availability and five days on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call-centre customer service environment
- 7am availability
- Monday-Friday in our Newstead Corporate Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms, including Office, Teams and Dynamics CRM
