End-to-end import/export operations management for Maersk, including preparing and verifying shipping and customs documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, etc.), coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers, monitoring shipment status, ensuring regulatory compliance, processing and maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on schedules and documentation, managing duty payments and customs clearance, and preparing periodic reports on shipment status and logistics performance.
