Sr. Customer Connect Associate responsible for addressing customer queries across email, live chat, voice, and social media; manage proactive aftersales coordination with cross-functional teams; meet and exceed KPI metrics (AHT, service level, productivity); resolve minor complaints end-to-end, including delays, follow-ups, and transactional errors; initiate closure of cases and support policyowners through the resolution process; participate in team projects as assigned by supervisor.
