Job Summary
Deliver accurate, timely customer resolutions across multiple channels (email, live chat, voice, and social media) to ensure quality and speed in customer interfaced transactions. Proactively handle policyowner requests by coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolve minor complaints within target turnaround times, and maintain high professional standards. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned products/processes, guiding Associates and Senior Associates, providing real-time case direction, and ensuring consistent, customer-centric handling of queries. Contribute to quality and governance through proper documentation, audit readiness, and compliance. Support ongoing team capabilities by sharing updates on product, policy, and process changes, and participate in periodic project work as assigned by supervision.
