Job Summary
Customer Concierge Specialist role focused on answering inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries with a customer-first approach. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing accurate information, guiding calls to appropriate departments, documenting interactions in the CRM, supporting NPS and CSAT follow-up, assisting with account management and operational tasks, and maintaining KPI-driven performance. The position requires strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer-centric mindset. The setup includes onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks followed by a transition to remote work, with night shifts aligned to US Eastern Time.
