Job Summary
Senior-level Customer Compliance Manager responsible for overseeing plant Quality System programs, integrating customer and regulatory requirements, leading data-driven improvements, conducting audits, and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure quality and food safety. Primary duties include root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, modeling customer specifications into processes, data trend analysis, and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership to manage quality personnel, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of customer-required data and reports. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with audits and regulatory standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in food processing with experience related to food safety, quality management, auditing, and/or process development
- Experience with Microsoft Office and statistical software such as Minitab
- Strong data entry skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Meat Science, Engineering or related degree or 4 years’ experience
- Interpersonal and leadership capabilities; direct report management
- Travel as required (less than 10%)
