Job Summary
Customer Competence Center Specialist role within ZF's Aftermarket team in Belgrade, focusing on end-to-end customer lifecycle management, including administrating Customer Master Data (addresses, contacts, prices, terms), managing customer orders and claims, invoicing, and providing sales support. The role emphasizes proactive customer needs identification, product/price/availability information, and collaboration with distributors, service partners, and business customers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in economics/business administration, 1-3 years in customer service/sales support, strong MS Office/ERP (SAP) CRM and Power BI familiarity, excellent communication and teamwork, and Advanced English (foreign languages beneficial); hybrid work is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or similar
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, sales administration, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems (SAP would be an asset), knowledge of CRM, and Power BI would be a benefit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team
- Advanced English skills; additional foreign language knowledge would be beneficial
