Job Summary
Answer service calls and enter them into company systems accurately and timely. Respond to routine customer inquiries via live call or email, providing follow-through on special needs. Handle level 1 call types while maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills. Complete Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period. Work a wide variety of shift schedules with short notice. Hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office and remote options.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized
- Able to multitask
- Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period
- Must be able to work wide variety of work shift/schedules with short notice
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- All applicants must reside in the United States at the time of hire
