Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of accounts for a US-based client in the solar sector, driving timely collections and maximizing recovery while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include negotiating payment commitments, skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach customers, documenting activities in Salesforce, Zuora, and Nexamp Portal, handling both residential and commercial accounts, explaining community solar benefits to customers, and meeting departmental KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years of collections experience, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work US-friendly hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in a collection role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
- Experience with skip tracing tools and investigative techniques
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and retention strategies
- Proficient in Excel, typing, and computer navigation skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM system experience required
- Self-motivated, self-starting, and self-assured
- Attention to detail in client-facing communication
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a collaborative environment
