Job Summary
Central Europe Order Management Key User responsibilities include optimizing order management processes, providing training and support to users, driving system improvements, and collaborating with partners to elevate customer satisfaction in the Central European region. Key duties encompass delivering system expertise on business processes and technical capabilities, contributing to project activities (mapping sessions, testing, end-user trainings, go-live support), organizing trainings for CSO teams, developing End User manuals and the Emergency Alternate Procedure, managing SAP roles access as an SAA approver, and driving continuous improvement in logistics processes. The role also involves acting as the main contact for GDS and owning local SAP Master Data related to EDI, order management, and billing, while ensuring SAP transactions remain clean. Qualifications emphasize SAP experience, strong communication, multiple years in customer service operations, issue identification and root-cause analysis, project methodology knowledge, training delivery, and advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP
- Several years of experience in Customer Service Operations
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other teams
- Ability to recognize issues and identify root causes, prioritize by business need
- Ability to lead daily business and manage issues independently
- Analytical skills to handle complex data and draw conclusions
- Projects methodology knowledge and participation in projects
- Strong presentation skills to coordinate trainings for end users
- High initiative for innovation
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Visual Basic
- Experience creating End User manuals and SOPs
- Experience in end-user training and Go-Live support
- Understanding of Master Data, EDI, and Order Management processes
- Ability to manage SAP roles access and approvals
- Experience in training and support within Logistics/Order Management domains
- Knowledge of Global Data Synchronization (GDS)
