Job Summary
Customer/Client Concierge role in AU mortgage broking/loan processing. Responsible for managing the client journey from initial contact through to settlement, coordinating communication, collecting and validating documents, and ensuring files progress through the pipeline. Responsibilities include client contact and appointment booking, document collection and onboarding, pipeline and CRM management, handover to credit analysts, and post-approval and settlement support. Requires Mercury CRM proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in AU mortgage broking or loan processing
- Experience using Mercury CRM (essential – applications without this will not be considered)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
