Job Summary
Customer Care Specialist based in Charlotte, NC, serves as the essential link between clients, sales, operations, and service. Responsibilities include assisting with problem resolution, nurturing client relationships, responding to inquiries about service visits, shipments, and products, prioritizing service and field assignments by client/territory, updating orders and records, processing supply requests, reviewing account history, communicating pricing models, handling complaints, performing routine account troubleshooting, maintaining customer systems, and generating timely, accurate reports to support customer care activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of experience in order processing and customer account maintenance/support and dispatch
