Job Summary
Oversees daily call center operations, supervises Customer Care Team Leads and Representatives, drives performance and member satisfaction, collaborates with the Client Services Director, develops policies, monitors metrics (KPIs), maintains timely reporting, assists with staffing and training, and resolves escalated issues to improve efficiency, service quality, and morale.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher education
- Minimum of two years of experience working with the public
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
- Microsoft Office or comparable program
