Job Summary
Resolve high-complexity or escalated customer issues across multiple systems; serve as a subject-matter expert for specific products/services; provide structured coaching and mentoring to representatives; monitor call quality and performance metrics; participate in cross-functional projects (system upgrades, workflow redesigns, customer experience initiatives); support training and onboarding to help new hires acclimate to policies and tools; leverage AI to enhance problem solving and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or HS Diploma with 3 years of experience
- Proficiency with AI tools and ability to develop prompts
- Strong Microsoft Office and enterprise platform proficiency
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Strong data-driven problem solving and analytics skills
- Ability to operate autonomously and collaborate within a team
- Willingness to work in a hybrid in-office/remote environment
- Eligibility for employment without visa sponsorship
