Job Summary
Be the frontline interface for Vaisala’s global customers across channels (phone, email, chat, service tickets) as part of a newly established Customer Frontline department. Duties include documenting interactions in Salesforce, collaborating with cross-functional peers to exceed customer expectations, providing feedback to shape operations, and continuously learning about Vaisala products and services. The role supports a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) with global stakeholders and requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of experience as direct point of contact in customer-centric role
- Ability to work both as a core team member and independently
- Excellent communication, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Comfort with telephonic and digital customer interactions
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
