Job Summary
Monitor communication channels including Gmail and Slack daily to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Deliver exceptional service by educating clients on product features and subscription options while investigating feedback and complaints across the full customer journey. Maintain high accuracy by tracking, reporting, and documenting issues to relevant departments, actively suggesting improvements to internal procedures. Work toward individual KPIs set by management while demonstrating confidence across all contact methods.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year Customer Service Experience in BPO set-up
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum)
- Amenable to work in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan
